- Clean mushrooms, broth, cool and finely chop. Do not pour out the broth, but use the mushroom soup for further cooking.
- Fish, if necessary, treat and cut into pieces.
- Finely chop the onion. Carrot rub on the middle grater. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Grind the greens.
- On olive oil fry onions, add carrots and mushrooms and cook for another 7 minutes.
